Superior Chevrolet sponsored Heartland Park Topeka's Super Chevy Show
Superior Chevrolet, your favorite Chevrolet vehicle dealer at Merriam in Kansas, proudly shares the news that Heartland Park Topeka teamed up with Rick Hendrick's Superior Chevrolet for the 30th Anniversary of the Super Chevy Show. The Super Chevy Show took place at the high-tech facility of Heartland Park Topeka from June 18 to 20, 2010.
Chris Gallas, Director of Sales at Heartland Park Topeka, said before the show "After nearly a 10-year hiatus from hosting the Super Chevy Show, we are more than excited to align ourselves with Rick Hendrick's Superior Chevrolet to create a memorable Chevy and racing fan experience".
Chevy enthusiasts gathered in large numbers for the second Midwest appearance of the touring series at Heartland Park Topeka. The response was especially good since it coincided with Father's Day weekend. The Kansas Super Chevy Show boasted of super prop and pro bracket racing, exhibition runs, the Chevy car show and swap meet. New additions were also featured like an autocross and Elvis Night with two skydiving performances. Superior Chevrolet Vice President and Executive General Manager Mike McGinley said that "We're honored to be teamed with another world class operation at Heartland Park for a spectacular event".
Rick Hendrick's Superior Chevrolet launched the new "Hendrick Performance Division" and also had an attractive display of 2010 Camaros and 2010 Callaway Corvettes. Superior Chevrolet is one of the dealerships coming under the Hendrick Automotive Group, founded by Rick Hendrick. The Super Chevy Show is a 10-race touring series.
